By appt only. Appts are need based, as we are a non profit organization focused on low income pet parents. We cant accommodate everyone as we only have 16 cages on our truck. You must leave a message, missed calls or texts are not returned. Please be patient as we are a grassroots organization receiving many many calls for help. We give appts to those most in need.
